The Skins are provided to you under a limited license to access and make personal use thereof under these Terms of Use and subject to the terms and conditions of the Steam Subscriber Agreement (SSA) available at https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement. You may not use, distribute or modify the Skins in any way that violates the SSA or any applicable laws or regulations. You may not use the Skins in any way that infringes the rights of others, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of the respective rights holders.
As a general rule, the offered Skins will be provided without modification. We may update the Skins or Services to maintain conformity. We reserve the right to make other modifications provided that such modifications will be made for correction of errors, security or legal compliance reasons, and will be at no additional cost to you. Where applicable, we will inform you of the nature of the modification and of your rights via email or by using other technically available means of communication. Additionally, we may provide you with the option of maintaining the obtained Skins in its existing form without modification at no additional cost.

When making purchases at our Site, you may be proposed to buy digital items or services from Blaiskin partners by means of posting such digital items or services at our Site for your review, or placing references that may redirecting to the websites of Blaiskin partners, advertising promos or use other marketing tools.
The user hereby confirms that its transition through the hyperlinks posted at our Site to the websites of our partners, as well as purchasing of any of their goods and services, are made at user`s sole discretion and risk. To the maximum amount permitted by law, Blaiskin in no event shall assume any responsibility or be liable to the users with respect to your use of hyperlinks to the third-party websites, content, services, products and materials accessed by the user through the reference located at our Site and makes no warranties and representations of any kind, express or implied, as to the mentioned therein.
Any transactions between users and owners of the websites which are Blaiskin partners shall be made directly between users and respective owners of the websites.

Users are not allowed to make payments using credit or debit cards that have been provided by a third party. All payments are processed by our 3rd party payment service provider. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
VII. Payout Terms
Eligibility Criteria. Blaiskin may offer a payout service that enables eligible users to receive funds directly to their bank cards through Original Credit Transactions (OCTs). To be eligible for payouts, users must (i) have a valid and active account in good standing, (ii) not be located in a restricted jurisdiction, and (iii) use an eligible Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card that supports OCTs. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their card is eligible and capable of receiving such transactions. Blaiskin does not guarantee the availability of payout services for all card types or issuers. Payout services are not available in certain countries or regions due to legal, regulatory, or operational restrictions. Blaiskin reserves the right to refuse or restrict payout services to any user based on their location or other compliance considerations.
For instance, the user may request a payout through the Website in the following circumstances, subject to meeting all eligibility and compliance requirements: (i) refunds or reversals - if a transaction is reversed or a refund is issued by Blaiskin in accordance with these Terms, the user may request the refunded amount to be paid out to their eligible bank card; (ii) - account closure or termination - upon closure or termination of the user’s account, the user may request a payout of any remaining eligible balance, provided all obligations to Blaiskin have been fulfilled, no prohibited activities are detected and Blaiskin can do that in accordance with the applicable laws; (iii) resolution of disputes - if a dispute is resolved in favor of the user resulting in a credit or payment due, the user may request a payout of the awarded amount.
In order to initiate a payout, users are required to log in to their account and authenticate their identity using secure credentials. Blaiskin employs secure methods, including but not limited to encryption and, where applicable, 3D Secure or similar authentication protocols, to protect payout transactions and user data against unauthorized access or fraud.
Users may access a comprehensive history of their completed payouts through their user account dashboard on the Website. This payout history includes details such as transaction ID, date, amount, and status of each payout. If you require additional information or documentation regarding your payout history, you may contact customer support for further assistance.
Fees and Limits. Any applicable service or processing fees related to payouts will be clearly disclosed to users prior to the completion of a payout request. Blaiskin does not charge any service commission fees for processing payouts; however, your card issuer, bank or payment services provider may apply their own charges, for which Blaiskin is not responsible. Users are encouraged to review any potential third-party fees with their financial institution before requesting a payout.
Payouts are subject to minimum the following and maximum transaction limits: (i) For Mastercard: EUR 20,000.00 per single transaction; EUR 50,000.00 per day (maximum 150 transactions); EUR 100,000.00 per week (maximum 250 transactions); EUR 300,000.00 per month (maximum 750 transactions). (ii) For Visa: EUR 20,000.00 per single transaction; EUR 50,000.00 per day (maximum 50 transactions); EUR 200,000.00 per week (maximum 100 transactions); EUR 300,000.00 per month (maximum 200 transactions). Blaiskin reserves the right to set daily, additional monthly, or per-transaction limits and to modify these limits at its sole discretion, with such changes taking effect upon publication on the Website or notification to you.
Processing Timelines. All payouts to users will be processed in Euros (EUR), unless otherwise specified on the Website at the time of the payout request. The estimated processing time for payouts by Blaiskin is up to 10 Business Days from the date the payout request is approved. Please note that the actual time for funds to be credited to your card or bank account may vary depending on your financial institution, and Blaiskin is not responsible for any additional delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
Refund Compliance and AML/KYC Requirements. Blaiskin is committed to complying with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. As a condition of using the payout service, users may be required to provide identification and other information for the purposes of verifying their identity and source of funds. Blaiskin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend or refuse payouts if the user fails to satisfy AML/KYC requirements. Blaiskin also complies with all applicable rules and regulations of card schemes, including but not limited to Visa and Mastercard regulations.
Reversal Policy. If a payout transaction is unsuccessful or declined, Blaiskin will notify you via the contact information associated with your user account. Payouts may be declined or rejected for various reasons, including but not limited to: incorrect or invalid card details provided by the user; the card or payment method not supporting Original Credit Transactions (OCT); anti-money laundering (AML) or know-your-customer (KYC) compliance flags; insufficient funds or technical issues in the Blaiskin's merchant account; suspected fraudulent activity; or restrictions imposed by payment processors or financial institutions.
In the event of a declined payout, you are advised to review and verify the accuracy of your card or payment information and ensure that your card supports the required transaction type. If the issue persists or if you require further clarification regarding the reason for the rejection, you should contact our customer support team for assistance. If a payout is reversed or returned by your card issuer or bank, Blaiskin will notify you and, where possible, provide instructions for resolving the issue or re-initiating the payout. Blaiskin will provide reasonable support to help you resolve the issue and, where possible, facilitate the successful completion of your payout request.
Restricted and Prohibited Activities. The payout service may not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to: money laundering, terrorist financing, gambling (where prohibited by law), the purchase or sale of illegal goods or services, or any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or card scheme rules. Blaiskin reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or report any payout transaction that it suspects is related to restricted or prohibited activities.
Dispute Procedures. If you have a dispute regarding a payout, you should first contact our customer support team for assistance. Blaiskin will investigate the dispute in good faith and provide a response within a reasonable period. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in these Terms. If you require additional information or documentation regarding your payout history, you may contact customer support for assistance.
Disclaimer. Blaiskin acts solely as a facilitator of payout transactions and is responsible for initiating the transfer of funds to the payment details provided by the user. Blaiskin is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in the completion of payout transactions that are caused by third-party payment processors, card networks (including but not limited to Visa and Mastercard), or the user's bank or financial institution. This includes, but is not limited to, delays due to technical issues, compliance checks, restrictions or limitations imposed by card networks or banks, or any other circumstances beyond the Blaiskin's reasonable control. The user acknowledges and agrees that once the user has initiated the payout in accordance with the provided instructions, any subsequent processing, delays, or failures are the responsibility of the relevant third-party payment providers, and Blaiskin shall not be held liable for any resulting loss or damage.
VIII. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Generally, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on the Skins once they have been delivered after purchase. If you have not received the Skins you purchased, please contact us as soon as possible after you are aware thereof and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

To get a refund please contact our customer service via email at support@incredibleskins.com. Your refund request will be verified after you submit the order number and the reason for the refund. If the request is approved, the refund will be returned to your account or bank card.
You have a 14-day eligibility period for refunds following the day of purchase of the Skins.
We will process your refund request in 5 working days, but the exact time of refund processing is determined by the processing speed of the different banks or our 3rd party payment service provider.

If the issue persists or if you require further clarification regarding the reason for the rejection, you should contact our customer support team for assistance. If a payout is reversed or returned by your card issuer or bank, Blaiskin will notify you and, where possible, provide instructions for resolving the issue or re-initiating the payout. Blaiskin will provide reasonable support to help you resolve the issue and, where possible, facilitate the successful completion of your payout request.
Restricted and Prohibited Activities. The payout service may not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to: money laundering, terrorist financing, gambling (where prohibited by law), the purchase or sale of illegal goods or services, or any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or card scheme rules. Blaiskin reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or report any payout transaction that it suspects is related to restricted or prohibited activities.
Dispute Procedures. If you have a dispute regarding a payout, you should first contact our customer support team for assistance. Blaiskin will investigate the dispute in good faith and provide a response within a reasonable period. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in these Terms. If you require additional information or documentation regarding your payout history, you may contact customer support for assistance.
Disclaimer. Blaiskin acts solely as a facilitator of payout transactions and is responsible for initiating the transfer of funds to the payment details provided by the user. Blaiskin is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in the completion of payout transactions that are caused by third-party payment processors, card networks (including but not limited to Visa and Mastercard), or the user's bank or financial institution. This includes, but is not limited to, delays due to technical issues, compliance checks, restrictions or limitations imposed by card networks or banks, or any other circumstances beyond the Blaiskin's reasonable control. The user acknowledges and agrees that once the user has initiated the payout in accordance with the provided instructions, any subsequent processing, delays, or failures are the responsibility of the relevant third-party payment providers, and Blaiskin shall not be held liable for any resulting loss or damage.
VIII. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Generally, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on the Skins once they have been delivered after purchase. If you have not received the Skins you purchased, please contact us as soon as possible after you are aware thereof and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
You can apply for a refund for the Skins, in certain circumstances and under the following conditions, when:
- the purchased Skins were not delivered to you within the scheduled delivery time;
- you made repeated payment to one order, we will refund one of the payments or multiple payments.
We cannot refund to you in the following cases:
- the delivery is completed: the Skins have been delivered to you as agreed and consistent with the description;
- your order is unpaid: you are not allowed to apply for a refund for orders that you have not been paid for.
- for any reason other than the reasons listed above in refund conditions.
Refund procedure:
To get a refund please contact our customer service via email at support@incredibleskins.com. Your refund request will be verified after you submit the order number and the reason for the refund. If the request is approved, the refund will be returned to your account or bank card.
You have a 14-day eligibility period for refunds following the day of purchase of the Skins.
We will process your refund request in 5 working days, but the exact time of refund processing is determined by the processing speed of the different banks or our 3rd party payment service provider.
IX. Prohibited Behaviour
You may not engage in any of the following activities on the Site:
- Using the Site, Services or Skins for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Distributing the digital goods or Skins, in a way that violates these Terms of Use or the copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the Site, Skins or the digital goods.

It means that you are not allowed to modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on intellectual property, including trademarks and product names, without expressed written permission of their respective owners.
